reunions and jealousies

favorite thing about on campus bars?

the likelyhood of running into old friends…or old crushes…that you haven’t seen in two years

so last night was pretty awesome…way better than expected considering we didn’t go out to cowboys like i had wanted to

but turned out going to the spoke was a pretty good call since i ran into an old first-year crush M…who then ended up coming over to sit with all us staffers (with his loud, obnoxious friend who i remember distinctly from first-year too)…and we talked for maybe 2 hours…

i mean i kind of felt bad that i completely ignored the staff i was with…but then again they had each other…altho one of them didn’t seem so pleased with my newfound company…

A even went so far as to pull me out of the spokebar to ‘talk’ and hint at his jealousy…geez i thought these things were supposed to be easy…then touching my legs, and grabbing my hands and playing footsie with me under the table almost the whole time i was talking to M…

it was nice tho, cuz when the staff wanted to leave (apparently AF was betting i’d take M home) we hugged, said bye…and i figured that would be it for another two years…but we’ll see, since he asked for all my contact info

meanwhile, another jealousy seemed to be brewing…good thing C couldn’t see what me and A were doing under the table…but A was being a douche to C all night (apparently, i missed it cuz i was a bit preoccupied)…and she was NOT impressed…

but it looks like jealousy is a turn on for some people…cuz things went quite nicely with A once we got home…but it’s weird…everytime he’s been over i get an untimely phone call…i mean don’t people know they shouldn’t call when you say you’re going to bed?

the discretion game

it sucks when your friends don’t understand discretion. looks like this will have to be my alterna-blog: where i can post stuff i actually don’t want other people talking about…it’s a shame…i liked my blog the way it was

from Dec 6—reposted—macho macho men

when a battle of the bulge erupts between your fav man friend and your leisurely sneak around who do you defend? especially when one has his hand on your thigh under the table… well when it comes down to it, i think i’ll always choose the one who keeps me on the edge of my seat, thinking of witty comebacks, and who’s there for me when i need him…not the one who occassionally fulfills the other … um … needs of a busy academic
